Thank you for sharing!

What sometimes happens when things get planned many months in advance, you get double booked. So for that reason September is going to be a very busy month here at my East West Realm. It’s time for another mega marathon – a whole month of blogging on one theme – check in 8 hours to find out the theme!!! Also, I volunteered to guest host two events in the same month…Oh well…just more recipes to learn about…

I am guest hosting Elizabeth’s No Waste Challenge. This challenge is all about not wasting food, especially when you think of how many starving people there are in the world.
Don’t know what to do with those leftover egg whites after separating the eggs to make flan?
Overripe berries?
Spotted potatoes?
Stale bread?

This is all about utilizing leftovers and using less than perfect produce. I am excited to learn some new recipes so that no waste occurs in my kitchen.

Rules:
1 – Please link up any recipe between September 1 and September 30, 2014. Archived posts are welcome as long as they are updated with linkbacks and logo.
2 – Usage of logo is mandatory
3 – Post must provide a linkback to this announcement and Elizabeth’s page here
4 – Tweet your posts to Elizabeth and I at +Elizabeth S @TangoRaindrop and @GlobalTastes with the hashtag #NoWasteFoodChallenge and we will retweet your posts.
