Last month I hosted Elizabeth‘s No Waste Food Challenge, which challenged cooks to come up with recipes with those ingredients that might end up in the garbage. To avoid wasting that handful of spinach, over ripe bananas or cup of berries in the fridge, take a look at this delicious roundup for ideas.

Thanks for the round up Mir, so many delicious ideas to use up the last bit of veggies and other ingredients.
Thanks and lovely round up… nice to see so many foods without wasting things…
Is there a technical glitch this month as I don't see the usual round-up but just the original linky?
Hi Mireille, many thanks for sharing the linky for the challenge – but I was wondering if you were going to do a full round up? People entering these challenges expect a link credited back to them in the round up and if they don't get that they mightn't enter the challenge again. Let me know what your plans are!
Ok – I'll update it within the next few days
That would be fantastic, thank you Mireille. 🙂
