Healthy Salads…to get that body back into shape

As winter has drawn to a close and spring has begun, those extra pounds put on by creamy soups and cheesy winter comfort foods start to worry us.  It’s time to get that body back into shape for summer swimsuit season.

Here’s a list of a few of my favorite delicious salads to help you in this endeavor and still not forego taste!  Whether you prefer protein rich bean salads or fruity fresh salads, there’s at least one for everyone on this list!
