I am catching up on the Taste of the Tropics Roundups and today I am posting the roundup for April’s event with the theme of Thailand. Only a handful of recipes but I guess Thai food wasn’t on the menu too much in April, but still maybe one of these delights will tempt your taste buds into trying them today.
