…a yummy Asian inspired way of roasting drumsticks in the oven! Hope you like it!
- 9 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice cooking wine
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 dried red chiles
- 2 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, fish sauce, chili sauce and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
Place drumsticks in a large baking pan and sprinkle with salt. Add ginger and dried chiles.
Add sesame seeds and toss to combine, so both sides of the chicken are well coated with the seeds.
Pour in soy sauce combination
and place in oven, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hour, turning over chicken pieces halfway through.
