Kid’s Delight Roundup

Life has been so hectic recently although in a good way with lots of work opportunities coming my way, so I am by no means complaining. However, my blogging has taken a backburner. The only reason I am participating in the month long Blogging Marathon this month is that I had 4 month’s notice so most of the posts were completed long ago. Not only do I miss posting the recipes but reading my blogger friends’ blogs. I am sure I am missing some wonderful posts. I will just have to play catch up when I can and hope they understand.

I hosted Srivalli’s Kid’s Delight last month with the theme of Summer Special foods that can be served chilled or at room temperature. While summer is winding down here, on the other side of the world (Australia, etc.) summer is just around the corner. Here are some delights for you to enjoy your next summer season – whenever it is!

Rajani’s Mango Banana Milkshake

Sara’s Grape Granita, Grape Carrot Juice, Fudge Popsicle

Pavani’s Milk Chocolate Ice Cream, Chocolate Custard, Homemade Tortilla Chips & Avocado Dip

Preetha’s Bread Pudding

Sushma’s Watermelon Smoothie, Custard Ice Cream

PJ’s Beetroot Smoothie
Preeti’s Lychee Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, Coffee Ice Cream

Sowmya’s Kadalai Parupu Sundal

Priya’s Mixed Berry Ice Cream

& my own contributions:
Cilantro Pesto Cole Slaw, Sesame Peanut Noodles, White Bean Dip
