Herbs & Spices Roundup – Nutmeg & Parsley

Thank you for sharing!

Last Updated on June 3, 2015 by Chef Mireille

Julie was so kind to let me host her Herbs & Spices event last month with the stars of Nutmeg & Parsley.  Some delicious recipes were submitted and without further ado, here’s the roundup!

Since this are two of my faves which I do use a lot in my cooking, I contributed quite a few recipes to the event:
Persian Roast Chicken

Cran-Apple Clafouti/Flaugnarde

Yeasted Bell Pepper Quiche

 Florentine Torte

 Asiya’s Stuffed Tomato Parsley Omelette

Creamy Parsley Chicken

Carrot Cupcakes

Linsy’s Baked Falafel

Vegetable Lasagne

and the brainchild of this monthly event, Julie’s submissions: Aloo Paratha with Parsley

 Parsley Pakora

….and now it’s award time!!!

Best Presentation goes to Linsy for her Vegetable Lasagne

Best Healthy Dish also goes to Linsy for her Baked Falafel

Best Innovative Dish goes to Asiya for her Creamy Parsley Chicken

…and everybody gets a Participation Award

Congrats to everyone and thanks for all of your delicious entries!
