Last weekend, a few bloggers friends and I started a new Linky Party. It had a slow start, but I hope you’ll start to add all of your delicious entries so we can feast with you. Your posts will get more exposure as other visitors will visit your posts and I will also be pinning and tweeting some of them.
As our party grows, we will be highlighting three bloggers every week. For now, I’m just highlighting one blogger.
I recently became acquainted with Mayuri’s blog as she contributed a few recipes to my ongoing African Diaspora Recipes event. She is a Kenyan Indian and has a great variety of both Indian and African recipes on her blog. This Roasted Butternut Squash & Salsa Soup was her delicious entry to the party this weekend.
