Carmelized Onions Ingredients 3 tablespoons oil 1 large onion thinly sliced Pork Chop Ingredients 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon herbs de provence ΒΌ cup pumpkin jam 2 lbs. boneless pork chops 1β thick pieces Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F.
