INGREDIENTS – 2 tablespoons oil – 2/3 cup diced ham – 1 cup chopped asparagus – 1 teaspoon harissa – 1 cup water – 1 cup quinoa – 2 tablespoons cilantro – scallions – salt

Saute ham and asparagus.

Add water and harissa.

Bring to a boil and add quinoa.

Simmer covered.

Fluff with a fork.
