Haitian Cremas Recipe

EGGLESS EGGNOG

INGREDIENTS: – evaporated milk – sweetened condensed milk – cream of coconut – star anise – cinnamon – nutmeg – vanilla extract – star anise extract – lime juice – Rhum Barbancourt (or available dark rum)

Infuse whole spices in milk or use ground spices.

Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream of coconut & spices.

Add lime juice and rum

GARNISH WITH FRESHLY GRATED NUTMEG.
