Multi Grain Buttermilk Pancakes

Multi Grain Buttermilk Pancakes - Soft and fluffy pancakes for breakfast can be ready at a moment's notice with pre made whole grain pancake mix. Healthy and nutritious with oats and flaxseed!

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, milk and vanilla extract.
  • Add pancake mix and mix until just combined.
  • Heat a skillet and spray with non stick spray or brush lightly with oil or butter.
  • Use about 1/3 cup batter for each pancake and cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towel lined plate to absorb any excess grease.
  • Serve with syrup and fresh fruit.
  • Garnish with powdered sugar, if desired.
