Czech Grated Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 English seedless cucumber
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and grate the cucumber. Add half the salt and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Mix to combine.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • This salad perfectly complements the other dishes in this Czech brunch.
