Classic Pumpkin Pie

cup
sugar
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger
1/4
teaspoon
ground cloves
2
eggs
1 15
oz.
can pumpkin puree
1 12
oz.
can evaporated milk
1
baked pie crust
Instructions
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt, spices and pumpkin. Mix well.
Add evaporated milk and mix until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to pie shell. Cover pie crust with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes
Reduce oven temperature to 350 F. Bake for 1 hour.
Leave to cool.
Serve with fresh whipped cream.
