Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

8 pitted dates 1/3 cup oat bran 1 cup 2% lowfat milk 1/2 pineapple chopped 1 mango 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 1 scoop protein powder 2 teaspoons flaxseed 1 teaspoon wheat germ
Soak oat bran and dates in milk overnight.
The next morning, place the flaxseed in a blender and grind them.
Add all other ingredients and blend well, until a homogenous smoothie is achieved
