INGREDIENTS – potatoes – beets – carrots – green peas – corn – bell pepper – celery – hard boiled eggs – scallions –mayonnaise

Boil the potatoes, beets and carrots

MAKE THE HARD BOILED EGGS

Combine raw vegetables and frozen/canned corn and green peas.

Add cooked vegetables.

Add hard boiled eggs, salt and pepper.

Add mayonnaise.

the colors at first will be bland.

theY WILL BRIGHTEN UP AS THE SALAD RESTS.
