- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 ¼ lbs. boneless and skinless chicken
- 3 bird’s eye chiles split
- 1 cup firmly packed Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
Heat oil in a wok or a skillet. Add chiles and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and stir fry until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add ½ of the basil leaves and the fish sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
To serve, garnish with the rest of the basil leaves.
Serve with Jasmine Rice.
