Harissa Roast Chicken + VIDEO
Harissa Roast Chicken is a quick and easy recipe with just 4 ingredients!
Servings: 5 people
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 1 tablespoon raz el hanout
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and mix to coat the chicken in the marinade well. Leave to marinate for at least 1/2 hour, but overnight is best for optimal flavor.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a baking tray with non stick spray.
Remove chicken pieces from marinade and place in baking tray.
Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Flip chicken pieces over and cook for another 15 minutes.
