Maharashtra Tapioca Fritters…Sago Vada

cup
sago
soaked in water for 2 hours
1
large potato
boiled, peeled and mashed
2
green chiles
finely chopped
1/4
teaspoon
red chile powder
cayenne pepper
1
onion
finely chopped
2
tablespoons
cilantro
finely chopped
salt
oil
for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the oil and mix well.
Heat enough oil in a skillet for shallow frying.
With wet hands, form into little patties.
Place in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
