Korean Cauliflower Stir Fry

1 head green cauliflower cut into florets 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon soy sauce a pinch of sugar a pinch of salt 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Heat canola oil. Add garlic and fry for 1/2 minute.
Add cauliflower and cook for 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, salt, soy sauce and sugar.
Add to skillet and stir to combine.
Cook on medium high heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add sesame seeds and stir to combine.
