Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 ¼ lbs. boneless and skinless chicken
  • 3 bird’s eye chiles split
  • 1 cup firmly packed Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok or a skillet. Add chiles and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken and stir fry until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add ½ of the basil leaves and the fish sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • To serve, garnish with the rest of the basil leaves.
  • Serve with Jasmine Rice.
