Ingredients
30pitted and peeled lychees
1cupwater
2tablespoonssimple syrup
Instructions
Combine lychees and water in a blender and process until very smooth.
Pass through a strainer and discard pulp.
Add simple syrup.
Chill or serve over ice.
Notes
To make simple syrup, simmer equal amounts of sugar and water until syrup consistency.
