Heat oil. Add mustard seed. Once they stop poppingadd asoefetida and after 30 seconds, add chiles, green papaya and turmeric. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add lemon juice and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add cilantro. Stir to combine.
