Instructions
Boil plantain for 15 minutes.
Peel plantain and combine with all other ingredients in the blender and mix well.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Notes:You can boil the plantain the day before and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, just throw everything in the blender for a quick breakfast.If you'd like a more homogenous color and texture, you can strain the smoothie or do it in a juicer instead of a blender.
