					<description><![CDATA[I made these yesterday. I did not have mascarpone at but subbed in cream cheese. They were a big hit, very light and flaky. I reduced the baking time to 20 minutes since I made them smaller than traditional size. Excellent recipe]]></description>

American style scones are different than British/UK style scones. Here they are more rich and moist and even sometimes have eggs added. I am sure you would love these!]]></description>
