					<description><![CDATA[This looks delicious but this isn’t an authentic recipe, if you want to make it more authentic use fresh dill instead of parsley, and use “baby shrimp” instead of medium sized ones. (The Swedes use a specific type of shrimp native to the region thats a little tough to find in the US). Onions and sour cream are popularly used in Sweden nowadays but the original recipe didn’t have these either, more Mayo was used in place of sour cream.]]></description>
