Pomegranate Chicken

I am often asked for recipes, incorporating our Spice Blends so that people know how to use them.  So here you go.  Here is a recipe, using our Middle Eastern Spice Blend.  For those of you who have purchased this spice blend, try this recipe – Hope you like it!!!

2 pounds chicken pieces
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Global Tastes & Travels Inc. Middle Eastern spice blend
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup honey

Clean chicken pieces and prick with a fork.  Season liberally with the spice blend.  Place in a large baking dish.
In a seperate bowl, combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice and honey.  Whisk until thoroughly combined.  Pour over chicken.  Add salt, if desired.

Bake in oven at 350 F for 1 hour, until cooked through.
Serve with spinach and orzo.  Garnish with mint or coriander sprigs.
