					<description><![CDATA[i’ve only ever called this “polish bread” and my family has it every year at christmas and easter. With covid-19 keeping me away from my family this year, and being too far from the bakery my aunt usually picks the bread up from, I decided to make my own. I am so glad I found this recipe! I used raisins instead of candied orange (always had it with raisins and i can’t find candied orange anyway) and it was just like being home!
