Dearest Mireille, I just came across this post! Thank you so much for your lovely comments about My Pasta Project. Your corzetti alla Genovese looks scrumptious. I love this recipe! I make mine with the round corzetti I’ve yet to try the Valpolceveraschi ones. I’m hoping to soon buy a corzetti stamp and make my own round ones!
