I think it is always going to look a little brown if you use any kind of fat, but personally I am always so nervous about using any kinds of molds even if it is silicone etc that is supposed to be non stick. I think the key is to use it without any fat at all - spray, oil or butter. And just pray...I will try it soon and let you know of the results. Hopefully it will not stick.]]></description>
