I was like trying to figure out a connection between the name and the image before I went thru the post. lol
The so called pulusu is a spicy, sweet, tangy stew from Andhra and prepared usually with other native vegetables than a potato and I was assuming a dry veggie North Indian style preparation when the term imli aloo came. :)))
However I appreciate the efforts and time that went behind the dish and also you figuring out the words in Indian languages.
Happy cooking!
