I’ve had my waffle maker for a while but only used it for classic waffles. I’m glad I came across this recipe. Different but delicious!

Love this healthy version of waffles. I will share this recipe with my DIL as my grandkids love waffles. It is such a lovely treat and perfect for Sunday breakfast.
