					<description><![CDATA[This is so darn interesting to me!  As a Jamaican, I know and love our own version (bammy) but that doesnt include coconut. I love this as the coconut lowers the carb content.  Only problem is that since I left Dubai and moved to Aruba, I cannot find freshly grated coconut to buy (I too love modern conveniences even when cooking traditional dishes).]]></description>
