I was so proud to lead the Flavours of Series into the continent of Africa. Morocco has such a diverse cuisine as the melting pot between Middle Eastern and African cuisine. I received some very interesting contributions and I hope you enjoy this foray into African cuisine as much as I did. I hope this roundup inspires you to try some new recipes.
