I was so proud to lead the Flavours of Series into the continent of Africa.  Morocco has such a diverse cuisine as the melting pot between Middle Eastern and African cuisine.  I received some very interesting contributions and I hope you enjoy this foray into African cuisine as much as I did.  I hope this roundup inspires you to try some new recipes.

Flavours of Morocco Roundup

Shirin’s Arabic Picklet

Renuka’s Baked Harissa Fish

Nayna’s Layered Couscous Salad, Roasted Almonds, Muhallabia & Tomato Rice

my own Chermoula Shrimp Salad & Root Vegetable Tagine

Do be sure to follow the rest of the Flavours of…as they are now exploring Kenyan cuisine for the month of September!!!
