I appreciate your comments but if you are thinking of your blog as a business, while you need to be authentic, you also want to find avenues that you can market and piggybank on. You don’t have to follow the religious aspect of the holiday if you focus on the food and the culture. To me, it’s about creating engagement and community among my readers all over the world.
